Standard Cancellation Policy We reserve each UTV exclusively for your reservation. Once booked, that vehicle is removed from availability for other guests. Standard Cancellation Policy (Without Travel Protection) • 7+ days before rental: 75% refund • 2–6 days before rental: 50% refund • Within 24 hours: Non-refundable • No-shows: No refund Weather Policy Moab weather can change quickly. Rentals operate rain or shine unless: • Severe weather creates unsafe trail conditions • Local authorities close trail systems • Slickrock Off-Road Rentals determines conditions are unsafe If we cancel due to safety: • Full refund, OR • 12-month credit Guest choice. Rescheduling (Without Travel Protection) Guests may reschedule: • $50 administrative change fee • Subject to availability • Must be used within 6 months Rescheduling (With Travel Protection) • One free reschedule • Subject to availability

Travel Protection protects your booking if unexpected travel issues arise. Cost: $49 per reservation • Must be selected during booking • Non-refundable • Applies to the entire reservation What Travel Protection Allows: With Travel Protection, guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the rental start time and receive: • 100% refund, OR • 100% transferable credit valid for 12 months No documentation required for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental. Covered Situations Examples include: • Illness or injury • Flight cancellations or major travel delays • Severe weather preventing travel to Moab • Vehicle breakdown during travel • Jury duty or unexpected work obligations • Government travel restrictions Travel Protection Does NOT Cover: • No-shows • Late arrivals • Early returns due to preference • Damage to vehicles • Violations of the rental agreement • DUI / intoxicated operation • Reckless or prohibited trail use

Off-road vehicles operate in rugged terrain. Damage Protection reduces your financial responsibility if accidental damage occurs. These options are not Insurance and provide no liability coverage. Damage Protection Options If You Decline Damage Protection  • $3,000 credit card hold is required upon arrival • You are responsible for all repair costs Costs may include: • Parts • Labor • Consumables • Expedited shipping • Lost rental revenue (up to 10 days) • $75 administrative processing fee Damage Protection Exclusions Damage caused by negligence or prohibited use is never covered, including: • Reckless driving • Jumping or racing • Deep water or mud submersion • Driving in restricted areas • Unauthorized drivers • Ignoring posted trail restrictions • Operating under the influence Examples of Potential Damages • Tire sidewall damage • Bent suspension components • Frame damage • Body panel damage • Clutch/drive belt damage • Water damage If the machine is declared a total loss, the renter may be responsible for the replacement value of a new equivalent UTV.
