Yes.
Vehicles should be returned with a full tank of fuel at the end of the rental period.
Fuel level will be verified during the post-rental inspection.
If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, we will refuel the vehicle and charge $5.00 per gallon for the fuel required to refill the tank.
Rental vehicles require 87 octane gasoline or higher.
Using the wrong type of fuel including: diesel, contaminated fuel, or incorrect gasoline may cause serious mechanical damage. If incorrect fuel is used, the renter is responsible for all repair, cleaning, towing, and associated costs required to restore the vehicle
Not for half-day or full-day adventures. A full tank is plenty for most rides.
For multi-day rentals, carrying extra gas or refuelling each day is recommended.
If the vehicle runs out of fuel and requires assistance or recovery from a trail or remote location, the renter is responsible for any recovery, service, or transportation costs required to retrieve the vehicle.
Not for normal dirt or mud from trail riding. However, if the UTV is returned excessively muddy, a cleaning fee may apply.
All our machines are GPS-equipped, allowing us to monitor real-time data and locate you if something seems off.
We’ll try calling or texting first; if there’s no response, we’ll dispatch a recovery team to your last known location.
We recommend carrying water, snacks, a phone, and sun protection, though help on Moab’s trails is usually close by.
