Do I need a helmet?
Utah state law requires helmets for anyone under 18 years old. Helmets are optional for riders 18 and older.
Do I need extra safety equipment?
Optional items like gloves, goggles, and protective clothing can enhance your ride, but aren’t required.
Can I drink alcohol while operating a UTV?
No. Utah and federal DUI laws apply to UTVs.
